Pie Hard is a family owned restaurant located in beautiful, downtown Waterloo, Illinois. We are a scratch kitchen, using local farms, plus a handful of products directly from Italy.  We love changing our menu to use what is in season, so take a look and drop us a line with any questions you may have!
